These modern, Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF)-based mutual funds seek to give investors a blend of foundational index exposure complemented by thematic and alternative investments. The ATB Spire Portfolios suite is engineered to meet the expectations of growth-oriented clients and help them navigate complex markets with confidence. The newly launched suite features three distinct funds aiming to accommodate a wide spectrum of investor profiles. The investment objectives of the funds are as follows:

ATB Spire Conservative Balanced Portfolio: To provide investors with long-term capital appreciation and income while reducing short- term volatility by investing primarily in exchange traded funds to gain exposure to a balanced portfolio of fixed income and equity securities, as well as other asset classes, with a bias toward fixed income securities. The Fund may also invest in other mutual funds or invest directly in equity and fixed income securities and other asset classes.

ATB Spire Balanced Portfolio: To provide investors with long-term capital appreciation and income while reducing short- term volatility by investing primarily in exchange traded funds to gain exposure to a balanced portfolio of equity and fixed income securities, as well as other asset classes. The Fund may also invest in other mutual funds or invest directly in equity and fixed income securities and other asset classes.

ATB Spire Growth Portfolio: To provide investors with long-term capital appreciation and income while reducing short-term volatility by investing primarily in exchange traded funds to gain exposure to a balanced portfolio of equity and fixed income securities, as well as other asset classes, with a bias toward equity securities. The Fund may also invest in other mutual funds or invest directly in equity and fixed income securities and other asset classes.
